Create a Floor Plan for The Pest Control Strategy

Start by creating a pest graph for the property, building, or site being addressed.

ArcSite simplifies this process, enabling the addition of any bait stations or other required services for the property.

Add photos, annotations, or text to document any conducive conditions or specific current problem areas.

How to Fill Out The WDO/WDI Form 

Next, open the custom shape library.

Select the form required by the state or municipality. This guide uses a form built for the state of Texas as an example, but it's possible to set up a custom form. Once set up, reuse it for every job. Before generating the form, enter necessary information about the job, the quote, or the customer. Any information entered here populates the actual document immediately. 

Drag and drop the form on top of the drawing to place the graph exactly where required by the state. The rep can then zoom in on the form and complete it as they would with pen and paper, including handwriting or typed out text or even check marks for required fields.

If required, the rep or the customer can sign directly on the tablet or mobile device in use. Once the graph is complete, add any additional information to be included in the WDO and WDI forms in the field data collection section inside of ArcSite.

This maps the data entered directly onto the exported form. Note that certain variables can be set as required or optional.

Exporting the WDO/WDI Form

Finally, export the document by hitting the start button and selecting the desired template for export. ArcSite generates a full PDF document with all the completed fields, detailed graph, and photos. Print and send it to the state, or email it directly.
